"I am an emergency management professional, systems architect, and frontier technology strategist who helps organizations build the capability to stay ahead of complexity, not just the technology to keep up with it."
Hello, I’m Annah.
For more than twenty-five years, I have worked in places where the margin for error is thin, including firefighting and emergency medical services, emergency departments, refugee resettlement, emergency management, risk, and resilience. That experience taught me that organizations rarely fail because their people do not care. They fail when complexity exceeds the systems built to manage it.
Today, I help leaders prepare for that complexity before it arrives. My work focuses on how the convergence of intelligent systems, autonomous technology, and connected infrastructure is changing the way organizations govern, operate, and make decisions.
Technology alone is never enough. The greatest strength an organization can build is capability: the ability to anticipate change, preserve the knowledge its experts carry, make sound decisions under uncertainty, and keep adapting as the operating environment evolves.
